General Hospital Spoilers: BLQ & Chase’s Adoption Dream Smashed – Baby Jane’s Bio Dad Collects?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that all arrows are pointing toward Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) adopting Baby Jane. But will their dreams of raising a family be ruined once the child’s biological father surfaces?

Brook Lynn & Chase’s Bond With Baby Jane

General Hospital (GH) spoilers remind fans that despite the tragedy surrounding her mom, Delilah’s (Lily Cardone) passing, Baby Jane is essentially alive because of BLQ and Chase.

After all, when the couple spotted the very pregnant woman, lying unconscious near a park bench, they took action, fast.

They also insisted that she go get checked out at the hospital. Had it not been for Brook Lynn and Chase, Delilah and Baby Jane both would’ve passed.

After all, Delilah was only seven months pregnant, and Baby Jane’s delivery date was bumped up by two months. The silver lining in this is that the newborn will be okay, despite no known family at this time.

BLQ and Chase’s Vow

During the Thursday, March 5 episode, BLQ and Chase made a vow to watch over Delilah’s baby until they could reach the child’s family. Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) found nothing in Delilah’s purse after searching it, as it had apparently been ransacked before he got to it.

As it stands, Delilah is a major mystery, and while she claimed she was okay before entering the hospital, her injuries indicate that something traumatic had happened to her.

Delilah is likely somehow linked to someone in Port Charles, but the question marks will remain for months. In the meantime, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that Brook Lynn and Chase will end up adopting the little one and bonding with her.

They did save her life, and both Chase and BLQ have hearts of gold. They will raise Baby Jane like she’s their own, while also keeping her mother’s memory alive.

That is, until the day that the child’s baby daddy – whomever that may be – steps forward! There’s also a chance that Baby Jane’s family resides in PC; perhaps Delilah is a long-lost daughter of someone in the little town?

Regardless, things will be good for Chase, BLQ, and the baby … until they are not! So, will Chase and Brook Lynn’s dream of becoming parents be smashed once again?
