These two powerhouse General Hospital actors don’t often share scenes, but in this case, it was an occasion for Sonny to browbeat Brad and for Brad to sit and take it because after all what choice did he have—it was either prison or death!
General Hospital Spoilers – Brad Cooper Has Been A Very Bad Boy On GH And His Prison Stint Is Proof Of That
According to General Hospital updates, Brad is finally paying for his crimes, the latest one anyway. In what was surely a shocking General Hospital moment in which he had no time to think, he accepted Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) newborn baby and passed it off as the baby he and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) had adopted. That poor baby died soon after birth, and this switch went on for some time before anyone becomes aware of the situation.
Of course, when the truth was revealed on General Hospital, lives were altered and Brad was made to pay the price.
GH Spoilers – Brad Cooper And Sonny Corinthos Had A Tug Of War In The Courthouse
During his sentencing, GH spoilers show Brad was paid a little visit by mob boss Sonny Corinthos who had been directly affected by Brad’s actions. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Shen recalls working on that fateful scene. “Initially Brad was just supposed to sit there and take being berated by Sonny.”
Eventually, the two GH actors did a bit of improvisation and that made all the difference in the world. If you remember, Sonny Corinthos dramatically backed Brad back into a chair which was not in the original script.
Also, as Parry recalls, his handcuffs kept coming off but he figured out a way to keep them locked and the scene was soap gold.
General Hospital Spoilers – What’s Next For Brad Cooper?
Soap fans are missing the badness of Brad Cooper. He was sometimes well-intentioned but always managed to bungle whatever scheme he was a part of. We thought that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) might help him make a prison break, but that didn’t transpire.
In the meantime, General Hospital spoilers updates show Lucas is left all alone and wants nothing to do with Brad, who is now left to languish in jail.
Does anyone else think that Brad may show up for May sweeps?
