General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Brad Cooper (Perry Shen) is feeling pressure from all sides. Ever since Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and he were in the car accident that left Lucas comatose, Brad has been trying to balance his job and being a single father to Wiley Cooper-Jones (Erik and Theo Olsen).

Under normal circumstances, this would be an extremely stressful situation, but Brad also has the baby swap secret and now with Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) arrival, it’s becoming more and more difficult.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nelle Benson and Brad Cooper’s secret

As viewers know, Brad and Nelle switched the real Wiley, who died his first day home, with Nelle and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) baby. Nelle knew she was going to prison and didn’t want Michael or his family raising her baby. So for almost two years now, Brad and Lucas have been raising Nelle’s son. Now that Nelle has been paroled. She blackmailed her way into staying with Brad. It’s obvious, even to Brad, that Nelle wants her son back.

GH Spoilers – Michael Corinthos and Willow Tait versus Nelle Benson

On the other side of things, Michael can’t understand why Brad would let someone as dangerous as Nelle anywhere near Wiley. He proposed that Nelle moves into the Quartermaine mansion so that he can keep an eye on her and get her away from Brad and Wiley. This will give Brad a bit of breathing room, but it’s likely that Michael and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will continue to question Brad’s every move.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brad Cooper is about to crack

With all of this going on, Brad is likely to crack. He’s headed for a nervous breakdown if he doesn’t put an end to the situation. Even though he has Lucas’ father, Julian Jerome (William DeVry) to confide in, Brad may just decide it’s time to tell everyone the truth. He will certainly face jail time and even possible retribution from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard), but all of that would be better than waiting for the ball to drop. With Nelle free, it’s only a matter of time before she makes a play for Wiley.
