General Hospital Spoilers: Brad’s Shocking Return And The Threat To Portia’s Safety

General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of December 15-19 indicate that Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) is set to make a surprising comeback.

And naturally, his first order of business will be to intimidate Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) as she recuperates from her miscarriage scare.

Bad Brad Reappears Suddenly

The ABC soap has just unveiled its weekly promo, featuring Brad prominently. In the preview, he is seen arriving at Portia’s hospital room, where he playfully taunts her with a “Knock, knock” while grinning and stepping into her space.

Portia, the doctor, appears quite upset, to put it mildly-the last thing she needs at this moment is Brad looming over her, especially as she navigates her own tumultuous situation.

She is pregnant, and given her age, the stress is already considerable, not to mention the added worry of not knowing who the father of her baby is-at this moment, it could be either Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) or Curtis Ashford  Donnell Turner).

Portia’s Fling Is A Secret To Most, And Drew’s Shooting Case Is On Her Mind

In addition, Curtis, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), and most of Port Charles remain oblivious to her affair with Isaiah, although a few individuals are aware of the situation. Furthermore, Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting case continues to weigh on her mind.

The silver lining is that, following last week’s revelation of Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) appearing on the traffic camera footage, the scrutiny has shifted away from her and Curtis. and is now focused on the congressman’s wife, but Brad is a threat!

Given everything Brad knows about Portia and her past of falsifying Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) medical records, the risk of this information coming to light will resurface.

Portia’s Had Some Trouble Since Drew Was Shot

Portia has faced some trouble since Drew’s shooting. Trina and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) discovered the documents that showed Portia altered Heather’s records, but they managed to destroy them.

Trina hasn’t told Curtis and Portia about this yet, but they both think Drew no longer has the evidence since he hasn’t mentioned it after his shooting.

It’s been a while since Drew made Portia do his dirty work, which is a relief because she’s been dealing with her baby mama issues. However, with Brad back in town, this sense of security could easily vanish.

Brad May Have Returned Hearing Britt Was Alive, But Perhaps Not

Brad probably returned because he learned that his friend, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), is alive, but could there be another reason for his return?

The last time fans saw Brad, Drew had paid him off for the information he had on Portia, and after his relationship with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) fell apart, he left.

Has Brad already blown through all of Drew’s money? Is he back to reconnect with Britt, or is he out of cash and looking to make some money? Plus, with the mystery of Drew’s shooter still unresolved, could Brad become involved in this plot?

Brad Is Selina Wu’s Nephew

Recently, Selina Wu (Lydia Look) became involved in the storyline when it was revealed that Curtis had asked her to eliminate the congressman but later changed his mind.

In soap operas, the culprit in a “who dun it” is often the last person fans suspect, and Brad has not been on anyone’s list. However, since Brad is Selina’s nephew, there’s a possibility she got him involved, making him the shooter.

Fans feel that the mystery of Drew’s shooter is about to be uncovered, and Brad’s unexpected return might be connected to this. General Hospital spoilers suggest that Brad will create a lot of drama and make threats towards Portia.
