General Hospital Spoilers – Brando Corbin Hates Port Charles
What is Brando’s deal? Many GH viewers have been asking themselves this question ever since Brando saved Carly Corinthos’s (Laura Wright) life during the attempt on her life made by Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) thugs. What was Brando doing dressed up as one of Sonny’s workers at the time? Why was Brando in Sonny’s coffee warehouse in the first place? One has to ask why Sonny never bothered to dig that deep into Brando’s actions.
Regardless, once it became clear that Brando had saved Carly and Sonny was so very appreciative, of course, Sonny had to look out for the guy. Brando saved Carly’s life, then Sonny felt obligated to keep Brando safe (and maybe wanted to keep an eye on Brando because he didn’t trust him).
GH fans know that ever since Sonny insisted that Brando remains in Port Charles, pretending to be the father of Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab), Brando was extremely vocal about his desire to head back to his native Chicago. Port Charles apparently didn’t do anything for Brando.

Now, GH fans know that Sonny usually doesn’t demand things of people without giving something to mitigate any downsides. It wasn’t such a huge surprise then, that in return for going along with Sonny’s deception vis-à-vis Dev, Sonny would give something that he believed mattered to Brando. In this case, as GH viewers know, Sonny gave Brando a chance to start up a mechanic’s business. Sonny gave Brando the garage rent-free and allowed him to work from there. Apparently, as time has moved forward, Brando has begun to do well for himself and his business has realized a profit.
Still, it was a shock to many GH fans when Brando recently came into Sonny’s living room for a little heart to hear. Sonny revealed that things were now safe for his kids, Dev didn’t need Brando to stick around, and so every reason Brando had to stay in Port Charles had disappeared. From Sonny’s perspective, Brando could stay or go as he pleased.
Viewers watched as Brando seemed to pause and consider everything for a moment before he asked Sonny’s permission to stay. Apparently, Port Charles has grown on Brando!
General Hospital Spoilers – Brando Corbin Has Ideas
When it comes to Brando, a number of things could still be true. He could be an undercover cop, a minion of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), or he could be who he claims to be. Assuming he’s the latter and he’s just a normal guy, some think maybe Brando isn’t really so into his garage as he made out to Sonny. Maybe Brando’s just uber smitten with Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos). Despite his promise to stay away from her, even if he believes he’ll keep his word … GH fans feel that Molly won’t keep hers.

Maybe Brando’s hoping she won’t. If Brando goes back to Chicago now, he won’t ever have the chance to find out.
Then, there’s the possibility that in the process of exploring what Port Charles has to offer, Brando might discover that it pays better to work for Sonny than it does to run his own garage. Finally, a wild theory is that the evil Cyrus Renault might have Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) murdered. If that happens, could Brando become Sonny’s, new right-hand man?
Brando could be a significant part of Sonny’s organization. Interesting to watch.
Maybe however Jason will not be murdered he is the enforcer and Brando will never be Sonny’s right hand man.
There is always that possibility, but just the suggestion that Jason will be murdered is unreal. Perhaps Jason/Brando will work together for Sonny. After all Sonny could use more help in his so called mob business.
