Carly Spencer’s Shock
This week’s General Hospital preview shows a scene between Carly and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) as her brother asks, “What exactly will Brennan do if he finds out you’re cheating on him?”
As the words come out of his mouth, a clip shows Brennan outside Carly’s bedroom. Brennan is visibly upset as he storms into Carly’s room – seemingly unannounced.
The next scene shows Carly, naked and wrapped in her bed sheets, with a shocked look on her face. It’s hard to tell if Valentin is next to her, but it does look like she and Valentin have done the deed.

Carly has been cheating with Valentin for a while now, but the bigger story here is how she purposely approached the WSB fugitive to align with him to bring down Brennan.
Carly felt betrayed over Brennan recruiting her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), into the WSB and wanted to strike back.
With that said, her heart softened toward Jack when he risked everything to get intel about Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) whereabouts.
So, while Carly has jumped into bed with Valentin and has developed feelings for him, she also feels bad about what she’s done to Jack.
She’s even encouraged Valentin to put their revenge plan against Brennan on the back burner, so that they can focus on the real threat: WSB Director and double-agent, Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).

This won’t at all lessen the blow if – and when – Jack sees that his girlfriend has betrayed him in so many ways.
Still, will Jack see Carly and Valentin together? There’s always a chance that Carly overhears someone in the house, and Valentin slips under the bed – or out a window – before Jack sees him.
While the previews do give fans a sneak peek at the week, they also love to swerve viewers, so only time will tell!
