‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Brennan’s Disturbing Anna Revelation, Emma Flips Out Over Grandma’s Fake Assignment

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) may have to deliver a disturbing Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) revelation. Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) may flip out if Brennan offers updates on her grandma’s fake assignment.

The longer Emma goes without any real communication from Anna, the more worried she’ll become. A voicemail and a texted photo weren’t enough to keep Emma’s fears at bay, so she turned to Brennan for help.

Emma just wants a chance to talk to Anna for a few minutes and make sure she’s OK. Unfortunately, Anna is currently stuck in some hostage drama, so this is a mess that’s only going to get messier.

Pascal (Marc Forget) has been tasked with babysitting captive Anna, so Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is obviously the one who orchestrated her kidnapping. Now Anna is trapped on Spoon Island, but she’ll start plotting a getaway attempt soon.

In the meantime, Brennan is looking into the pic that was sent to Emma. Thanks to Brennan’s contacts and this search for more information, it may come to light that Anna isn’t really on a top-secret assignment at all.

Emma and Anna’s other loved ones were conned into believing she was called back to the WSB on an urgent assignment. Even Brennan himself believed that due to the message he received shortly after Anna was snatched.

Sidwell apparently used some AI trickery to throw everyone off the trail and make sure they wouldn’t come looking for Anna – at least not right away.

Although Sidwell surely knew suspicions would be raised sooner or later, he also knew he could buy some time with this deception.

However, Emma’s decision to turn to Brennan for assistance could trigger the next chapter of this GH storyline. Brennan may figure out the mission was phony and pass that information along to Emma soon enough.

Emma may realize that means Anna is truly missing and grow even more concerned about where her grandmother is now. Brennan’s info could leave Emma assuming Anna’s been abducted or worse!

It may not be long until Brennan suspects Sidwell had a hand in Anna’s disappearance. Brennan is a smart guy who may put it together that Sidwell was trying to stop Anna from interfering with Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.

Once Brennan discovers Anna isn’t really off on some WSB-related quest, he may assure Emma that they’re going to find her. Brennan might launch a search and do whatever he can to make sure Anna comes home in one piece.

Nevertheless, Sidwell will resort to more manipulation, so things could get worse before they get better. There’ll apparently be an “Anna” sighting somewhere that leads to traumatic news for Emma, but it may just be another plan Sidwell’s cooked up.
