The first that might come to mind because talks about it a lot is that was recently in prison. She went free awhile back when Anna DeVane (Finola Hughes) needed Britt’s help to lure Dr. Leisl O’Brecht (Kathleen Gati) back to town the last time Dr. O was in trouble with the law. Comments like the one Britt made usually mean something in the world of soap opera land.

GH Spoilers – Why Would Britt Westbourne know Dr. Neil Bryne From Her Time In Prison.

Could he have been an inmate there as well? Or perhaps he isn’t even the real Neil Byrne, just a plant set up by Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) months ago. But since Kevin has heard Neil speak before, at a conference in Boston, he knows what Neil really looks like, so unless Neil has a twin which seems unlikely that the man we are seeing is a lookalike. given how many sets of twins have been running around Port Charles for the last couple of years. So if Britt doesn’t know Neil from prison, perhaps it has something to do with the Medical Ethics Committee.

General Hospital Spoilers – Britt Westbourne Fought Hard To Get Her Medical License Back

When Britt first returned to Port Charles, she made a comment to Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) that he wouldn’t believe what she had to do to get her license back so she could practice medicine again. Neil recently had his own problems with the Ethics Board, so perhaps she recognizes Neil somehow from that connection. Could Britt know who filed the complaint against Neil? Or is there some other reason Britt seems familiar with Neil?
