General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is back in Port Charles. In fact, in recent episodes she showed up in court just a little after her bestie, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) pleaded guilty in the kidnapping of Wiley Cooper-Jones (Erik and Theo Olson). There, she told him that he, “sure looks like he could use a friend.”
It’s unclear whether Britt overheard it when Brad made sure to tell the judge that it was Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) who actually concocted the horrific baby-swap plot, or whether she heard the heartbreaking conversation between him and former husband, Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes). In fact, it’s unclear if she knows Brad’s whole story or not.
General Hospital Spoilers – Brad Cooper And Brit Westbourne Freinds
Regardless, Brad has been Britt’s best friend for many years. Due to the fact that Brad hasn’t signed a paper that confirms he’s pleading guilty and waiving his rights, he has a small window of opportunity to change his mind about his choice.
In fact, Britt might just be able to convince him to do just that. Long-time GH viewers may recall that Britt is every bit the strategist and schemer that her half-brother, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) happens to be. Moreover, considering the fact that, “The Britch” is the daughter of Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she may just have some ideas that could destroy Nelle Benson for good!
While Brad is known for looking out for himself above all others and is deathly afraid of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), it’s also possible that Britt could convince him that what’s best isn’t really going to prison. She may talk him into believing that if he goes to Pentonville, whether for fifteen years or forty, he’ll be giving up the opportunity to see Nelle completely crushed. Moreover, she may also be able to convince Brad that she has the resources, however unlikely, to help protect him from Sonny’s wrath.

GH Spoilers – Brad Cooper Jail Time
Now, some GH viewers may think that enough is enough and Brad deserves to go to prison. They may not like the idea of not only Nelle getting off scot-free, but maybe Brad too? Isn’t that too much? Isn’t it going too far?
Regardless of what some may think, fair or unfair, Britt isn’t just doing this because Brad is her best friend and they have a long history together. No, as some long-time viewers may remember, Brad is also the father of Britt’s son (albeit only as a sperm donor). She may, therefore, have ample reason to help him out if she can.
Whether she plays to Brad’s desire for revenge on Nelle, or she emphasizes protection she may be able to provide against Sonny, it’s likely that Britt’s return could be a harbinger of hope for Brad.
Stay tuned to GH and keep checking General Hospital spoilers frequently for all the latest news, updates and developments!

Britt is okay as long as she isn’t causing trouble for those around her. In the case of Brad , well he had help in the form of Nelle . If Britt can help Brad make Nelle pay for all the hell she caused then I say they should go for it. Sonny is only upset because of what they did to Michael. If they can make sure that Nelle goes to prison for good and make her pay . I don’t think Brad will have anything to worry about from Sonny. It is all just a matter of Brad and Britt putting there heads together to make sure Nelle does no more damage. That Nelle does not get her hands on Wiley Corinthos. To make that happen someone such as Brad and Britt need to come up with a plan on how to stop Nelle from doing anymore Damage to Michael or anyone else in Port Charles.
Community service of some sort for Brad would work if they can get the Judge to go along with it. That would work instead of prison time.
