General Hospital Spoilers: Britt’s Past Resurfaces As Selina Wu’s Blackmail Mystery Unravels

Britt WestbourneGeneral Hospital spoilers and updates tease Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) past could come back to haunt her-might the subject of Selena Wu’s (Lydia Look) blackmail be revealed?

Back before Britt was stabbed by the Hook, and she disappeared, presumed dead, she went on the run with her father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and Selina blackmailed her over something that happened on that trip!

Selina Made Whatever Britt Did While On The Run With Her Father Sound Pretty Bad!

Although exactly what crime or crimes Britt did while on the run with her father were never revealed back then, Selina made it sound pretty bad!

This crime would have happened in 2016, and Selina was blackmailing Britt over this crime, committed with Cesar, to get her to convince her nephew and Britt’s best friend Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) to work for her.

Selina was running a high stakes, and illegal, poker game in the basement of the Savoy at the time, and wanted Brad to work for her there with the game.

Brad did go to work for his aunt, and Britt soon was attacked by the Hook, who turned out to be Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and nothing more was said about the crime Selina dug up.

Britt Is Now Under Scrutiny For Working On A Nuclear Weapon As Well As Kidnapping

Britt is now under scrutiny for working on a nuclear weapon as well as kidnapping Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) even though her arrest worked out for the best-whether she thinks so or not.

The only problem is, even though Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) meant well, because her arrest saved her from Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), the WSB is involved.

It also saved her from injecting herself with the poisoned syringes that Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) mailed to her in Tortola, not knowing Cullum had sabotaged them.

Because of the involvement with the cold fusion weapon, the WSB has taken over her case-which means there will be an extensive investigation, possibly even to back when Faison was alive.

If Selina Wu could dig up this crime-or crimes-even though they were committed outside the United States-surely the WSB can.

The Crime Could Have Been Anything

As far as what the crime was, it could have been anything-but it was definitely something Britt regretted, and never wanted to come out; and it couldn’t come out at a worse time.

After being forced to work under false pretenses, believing she was dying, and being gaslighted, she’s even more of a pariah then she was before.

Britt knows that in the laundry list of bad decisions, mistakes, and impulsive decisions, she could be prosecuted for this crime as well, the statute of limitations not expired.

Britt doesn’t know how she would get out of that older crime, perhaps she could plead to being an accessory, leading to less jail time?
