Harrison Chase’s Betrayal Exposed
General Hospital spoilers for the Thursday, February 19 episode remind everyone that Chase tampering with the evidence in the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooting will bite him in the butt.
Sure, he didn’t plant Drew’s housekey on Michael Corinthos’s (Rory Gibson) chain – Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) did – but he did snag Michael’s keys to see if Drew’s housekey was there and then prompted Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to investigate it.
Little did Chase know that Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) saw him with his dad’s keys, and as Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) outed Chase at the PCPD, it looked like Chase was trying to set Michael up. Chase’s days as a cop are done.
In the meantime, BLQ pressed the button on moving forward with an adoption, and the couple met with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to look into starting the process, too. With that said, will Brook Lynn end up proceeding with this alone?

Brook Lynn and Chase have been on shaky ground. His obsession with clearing Willow’s name, mixed in with his need to nail her cousin Michael for Drew’s shooting, has caused friction. When Brook Lynn finds out about the key debacle, this might be the end of their marriage.
There have been rumblings that Chase is exiting the show, although these are rumors and neither the ABC soap nor the actor has confirmed this. Whether Chase leaves Port Charles or not, Brook Lynn might find herself single in no time.
This is the land of soaps, where adoptions can take forever, or a miracle can happen, and a baby – or child – could spring up, out of the blue. If Alexis approaches BLQ with a prospective child, will the woman move forward with the adoption as a single mom?
