General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) plans to take over ELQ is about to hit a snag. While it seems like Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) will definitely sell her shares to the former Cassadine, his other target will prove much more difficult.
General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn is in a bind
As viewers know, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is in a real bind when it comes to her musical career. She signed all right to her new manager who as it turns out, is working for Martin Gray (Michael E Knight) at the behest of Valentin. The plan is to seemingly give Brook Lynn no choice but to sell her ELQ shares in order to get out of the contract. But they would do well not to underestimate Brook Lynn’s love for her family.
GH Spoilers: Brook Lynn won’t be played
Look for Brook Lynn to put up a fight. Giving up her shares of ELQ would put family’s business at risk and Brook Lynn won’t take that lying down. And even if she does eventually decide to go along with the offer, its doubtful she would do it without the knowledge of her family. She wouldn’t blindside her family, at least not until pushed way too hard. If Brook Lynn has any indication that this part of someone’s larger plan to get ELQ, she will likely sacrifice her own happiness for her family.

General Hospital Spoilers: Tempted
That’s not to say it will be an easy decision. Brook Lynn will certainly be tempted and may even convince herself she can go through it, but in the end it seems doubtful that she would go through with it. We’ve watched as Brook Lynn went head to head with Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) to stand up for her family, Her family took notice and commended Brook Lynn on her commitment to family. But doing other kinds of work is not something Brook Lynn is used to, as evidenced by her first day at the Metro Court. This will be a big change for Brook Lynn, but if anyone can make do out of a bad situation, it Brook Lynn!
