General Hospital spoilers reveal Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) may be out of town for a bit playing soccer at Stanford, but rumor has it he’s not going to be lonely for long in a new place. Cam left Port Charles without much notice, and his friends and family couldn’t be more thrilled for him.

Still, while Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) moved on from Cam long ago — well before she even let him know they were over — it’s still going to be difficult for her to picture Cam with someone else. She won’t have any choice though, when he returns this summer with someone special on his arm.

When Joss broke things off with Cam, he was devastated. She didn’t think he was going to get over it anytime soon, and to be honest, neither did he. Cam was torn up and couldn’t bring himself to forgive Joss for having moved on — emotionally — with someone else long before she clued him into what was going on. But Cam will find his way forward soon, and he’ll do it away from Port Charles without the memory of growing up with and falling in love with Joss hanging over his head.

Cam’s portrayer, William Lipton, has already made it quite clear that his real-life college education is taking him away from GH right now. When classes let out, he and his character will head back to Port Charles. Rumor has it, when he returns, he may not be alone. That doesn’t mean anyone is going to give him a warm welcome with a stranger on his arm. Cam left town nursing a broken heart. When he returns just a few months later declaring his love for someone else, everyone will worry that he’s moved on too quickly and that perhaps his new love interest isn’t worth embracing — or trusting.

General Hospital Spoilers — How Did This Happen?
Word on the street is that Cam’s new love won’t actually be someone he met in California, but rather, someone from Port Charles he kept in touch with while he was gone. But who might he have cozied up to in a long-distance relationship that he’s headed back to Port Chuck to see? Fans have been waiting for a feud between sisters; so this could be a great time for Cam to fall for Kristina Corinthos Davis (Lexi Ainsworth), which would certainly ruffle Joss’ feathers.
However, Cam and Kristina hardly have anything in common. The more likely fit would be Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), whom Cam reconnected with just before leaving town and seemed to feel sorry for. Might he reach out from Cali and keep in touch with Esme, forgiving her for her past transgressions along the way? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers as this storyline is just heating up.
