Cameron seems to always be getting himself into some kind of trouble, so the guilty feelings could apply to just about anything; for one, he could be feeling guilty that perhaps he was the reason that Oscar Nero Quartermaine (Garren Lake Stitt) didn’t appear at the séance he, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) held trying to contact Oscar because of his disbelief that it would work.
Another thing he could be feeling guilty about is if the bad news his stepfather Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) received in Monday’s episode was because of something Cameron did or said about him.
Cameron could also feel guilty if he were to have said or did something that caused the new Corinthos houseguest, supposedly a cousin of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Devin (Ashton Arbab) trouble, or Cameron’s remarks about him may have unintentionally caused trouble for Joss; although it’s a strong possibility that Joss may have such suspicions about Devin, or “Dev” that she confides in Cameron about her suspicions and Cameron doesn’t keep it between them, causing Joss to be mad at him because it caused flak between her and someone else in her family!
It is possible that Franco may have been questioned about situations surrounding Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) unintentional kidney donation because of Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) having voiced her suspicions to Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) several days ago and Cameron saw him disposing of some medical gloves in the trash.
But Cam’s mom, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) was in on the scheme too and altered maintenance schedules to avoid the art room that night so Ryan could be hidden there unconscious while Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) signed the donation paperwork in his twin’s place.
Cameron would certainly feel guilty if he had been asked questions by Chase when he was snooping around for Jordan, and gotten both his stepfather Franco and his mother Elizabeth brought in for questioning; although once interim Police Commissioner Mac Scorpio (John J. York) sees the whole scheme involved Ryan Chamberlain and getting him into Pentonville with no chance of his escaping from GH, plus saving Jordan’s life with the ill-gotten kidney, he’ll more than likely sweep the whole thing under the rug!
