General Hospital’s Cameron knows that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is the prime suspect. Cameron also knows that Franco asked Jason to kill him if he turned bad again. Franco had moved out of the house because he attacked Cameron after a dream.
Cameron could believe that Franco asked Jason to kill him because of this and blame himself. Cameron loves Franco and so does his brother. General Hospital spoilers tease Cameron may not want revenge for himself, however, he will insist that someone needs to pay for taking Franco from the younger boys. General Hospital’s Cameron is starting down a very dark path and Laura doesn’t want this. Laura may even reach out to her son, Lucky Spencer (ex-Jonathan Jackson) for help. However, Lucky has not been seen in Port Charles in about six years so there is no guarantee that he will show up. Unfortunately, Cameron may decide to try and be as bad as Franco once was because he doesn’t think Franco is getting justice.

General Hospital’s Cameron is in a very bad spot but vigilante justice doesn’t pay. Cameron may go after Jason, but he could hurt or kill an innocent person. Jason rarely has either of the kids with him but Cameron could take a shot at Jason and hit one of them.
General Hospital rumors hint Cameron could also accidentally harm one of his brothers if he gets his hands on a weapon. Sadly, with rumors of Lipton’s contract status swirling, Cameron could hurt himself instead.
