General Hospital spoilers report Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) just might be pregnant with Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) baby, and it’s the last thing she’ll ever want to break to him if it’s true. The doctor who was about to perform her X-ray caught her off guard when she asked if there was any chance she could be expecting.

Sasha hadn’t thought about the long-term consequences of her one-night stand with Michael, apart from having to keep it a secret from everyone — including her best friend and his wife, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).

Since it sounds like Michael actually wants his marriage to work out — and so does Willow — Sasha may feel like the baby she is carrying is more of a burden on their union than the mistakes they have both made. Will she keep quiet and geet out of dodge to spare everyone the reality that she is a homewrecker?

Until she needed to have her arm checked out from the explosion she just endured, it never crossed Sasha’s mind that Michael could have bestowed her with a parting gift from their night together. A baby would certainly turn Sasha’s work upside down right now.

She doesn’t even have her own place to live, and her job is pretty demanding — taking care of the whole Quartermaine clan from sun up to sun down.

Will a surprise pregnancy leave her feeling like she might just be better off to cut ties with the Quartermaine’s, especially after her break-up with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) — who still lives and works there?

Going at motherhood alone is not how Sasha envisioned her life taking off again after her failure of a relationship with Cody. It was only a week ago that she imagined she might be headed for a family with him — not finding out that she was already family to him!

But suddenly being pregnant with a married man’s child is going to give her a whole new distraction to keep her mind off of Cody and her heartbreak from losing him.

She’ll need someone else to pull her through this situation, and likely need some support from outside the Q mansion to pull off keeping it a secret. Will she end up relying on Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) in the end?

Sasha has been furious for most of her life that her mom wouldn’t tell her anything about her father other than the fact that he was dead. Learning Robert Scorpio (Tristan Roger) is her father and that her mom has been lying for most of her life has left an indelible mark.

In other words, Sasha really isn’t fond of her mom. Will she suddenly find compassion and understanding for her though when she finds herself considering hiding her pregnancy from Michael and never telling him about his child?
