General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that a mentorship is forming between Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and Ava Jerome (Maura West). Trina, a newly beloved character, has become very comfortable around Ava and the art gallery. She has impressed Ava with her work ethic, and the interactions between them are fun to watch. It is safe to say that Trina also cares about Ava on a personal level as well, and the feeling seems to be mutual for the two.
However, not everyone is keen on Trina working for Ava. On the Monday episode, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) expressed concern for Trina working for Ava, which has a lot to do with the history of Ava and the Corinthos family. She brought up how Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) and Ava had a good relationship until it wasn’t. However, Trina is not being swayed so easily from working for Ava and seems to be genuinely enjoying working at the art gallery. However, Josslyn’s words do raise the question of whether or not the relationship between Trina and Ava will last or if it will crash and burn.
Ava has finally got through a rough year and is ready to pick her life back up. She is building relationships with even the most unlikely of people. This includes Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), which is a pairing no one saw coming considering the years of bad blood revolving around the late Silas Clay (Michael Easton). Many of Ava’s past relationships have ended in tragic ways or on bad terms.
This includes Morgan, as they had a rocky on and off the relationship, and KiKi (Hayley Erin). Ava is currently recovering connections and growing new ones along the way. Will she be able to keep these relationships, will she go back to the path of destroying each of them by following her usual trend of looking out for her own best interest regardless of who might get hurt?
It can be seen that staying on the straight and narrow path can be hard for the Jerome siblings, Julian Jerome (William DeVry) and Ava, as they don’t mind getting their hands dirty every now and then if they think they might benefit in the end. This can be seen with Julian’s current actions involving Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes). Hopefully, Ava stays on the path or at least think about how her actions can affect the people she may come to care about. Having Trina around may give her that opportunity to be a positive influence by mentoring her in the world of art.
