Valentin and Carly are forced to admit they do need Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) to help find Joss, even though he claimed he didn’t send her away, prior to being stabbed with a syringe.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) stabbed him in the back with Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) “medicine”, a paralytic drug.
Considering she was aiming for Valentin, he’s not going to trust his ex-wife anymore, but Jack’s out for the count for the foreseeable future.

It may get back to Valentin and Carly that Anna tried to escape, and now is being put in a prison for the criminally insane in France.
Port Charles is a small enough town that those things get around; and Valentin will want to take action in Anna’s behalf.
It’s Not The First Time Anna Has Been A Divisive Subject Between Valentin And Carly
It’s not the first time Anna has been a divisive subject between Valentin and Carly-Carly was quite upset when she caught Valentin pretend to be Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) on the phone.
She feared his call-even though it was a burner phone-would be traced, bringing the WSB to her doorstep to arrest him!

At that time Josslyn wasn’t missing yet, but Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was gone-and Carly argued about Valentin making Anna a priority-possibly a little jealous?
But now that Josslyn’s nowhere to be found, and Valentin’s worrying about Anna again, Carly’s absolutely going off!
Who’s More Important-Anna Or Josslyn?
According to General Hospital spoilers via the weekly preview trailer, Josslyn may well have escaped and be looking for Anna herself-but Valentin and Carly don’t know that, and Jack’s still locked-in.
In the meantime, Carly and Valentin clash, and it may be over who’s more important to find and rescue-Anna or Josslyn?
Carly also wants Jason released from wherever the WSB stuck him, which may or may not be in Jakarta, Indonesia, depending on if Jack’s intel was the truth!
Carly is disturbed that Valentin still seems to have a fixation on Anna, after all this time. And Valentin thinks Josslyn may be safer wherever Jack may or may not have stashed her, will Carly and Valentin ever come to a meeting of the minds so they can agree on a plan?
