General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Braces Herself, Forced To Share Unpleasant Truth?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will brace herself, after being called out for her lies by Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Drew was livid when he found out Carly lied about the DNA test results between Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen)!

General Hospital Spoilers – Bone Marrow Needed Urgently

Even though Drew kept Willow’s condition a secret because she asked him to, Carly’s reason for keeping Willow’s birth mother secret is different.

Drew blew up when he called her on lying about the DNA test because he knew it had nothing to do with keeping a promise to Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel). It had everything to do with Carly’s grudge against Nina even when Willow started looking for her birth family, and she even sabotaged his search.

Drew came down hard on Carly for lying to him again, especially now that Willow has shared her reasons with the family. He’s pretty much forcing her to tell Nina the truth so she can be tested as a donor, even if Willow won’t like it when they tell her.

GH Spoilers – Not Buying Carly Spencer’s Excuses

Carly insists that Willow cannot know Nina is her mother and Nina cannot know Willow is her daughter, even if she can convince her to be tested. It would only upset Willow because she hates Nina as much as Carly does, and it would blow up her life, and Drew makes a valid point. If the truth isn’t told, Willow may not have a life for Nina to blow up as Carly insists she will.

Carly argues how can she tell Willow and her son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was Willow’s twin? There has to be some way to convince Nina to be tested for donation without Willow knowing Nina’s her mother and Nina knowing Willow’s her daughter!

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain Forces The Issue

Drew then forces the issue, telling Carly if she doesn’t come clean then he will, including to Michael. Michael won’t like that his own mother may be endangering Willow’s life by hanging onto a grudge-even though Michael’s the king of grudges. Drew is very insistent and practically blackmails Carly into the truth, and she goes to the hospital chapel where she finds Nina and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Carly’s hesitant when she sees them praying for Willow, as she thinks of telling them she’s there to do, but Drew is right behind her in the hall. She braces herself as she tells them she’s been withholding this truth, but Nina is kind-she arranges to be tested to donate immediately, while Sonny deals with Carly.
