General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Comes Clean About Willow And Nina — To Sonny; Who’s Side Is He On?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is running out of time and options. She’s been burying her secret about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) being Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother for months, and the lie is only snowballing into a continually larger one. When she first told Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) that Nina was not Willow’s birth mother, she and Drew were only friends at the time.

She never could have imagined that months later, they would be a couple falling in love. Now, there is more at stake than just her family and keeping Nina out of it. She knows if the truth comes out, she will probably lose Drew, and that’s a risk she’s not willing to take. At least, she wasn’t, until she discovers Willow is dying.

General Hospital Spoilers — Willow Tait Is Sick

All this time, Carly thought Willow was just interested in some medical information. Knowing plenty of adopted children go on to have families now not ever having their family medical history, she didn’t think Willow having that information was more important than keeping distance between her family and Nina.

Likewise, Carly is interested in keeping her own relationship with Drew afloat. However, she had no idea Willow’s true motives behind finding her birth parents were because she needs a life-saving bone marrow transplant, and a biological relative is the most likely person to be a match for her. Riddled with guilt, Carly is going to scramble now as she tries to figure out how to let this cat out of the bag without labeling herself as a liar.

GH Spoilers – Hint Sonny Corinthos To the Rescue

They might be divorced for the fourth time now, but Carly knows she can always count on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) — even when he’s now in love with and coupled up with Nina.

When Carly goes to Sonny, it won’t be a decision she made lightly. She will approach him apologetically knowing it could go either way, but trusting that Sonny will put their son first over Nina — and he will. Although, Sonny’s real intentions may just be to put Carly first, and when the truth comes out that he helped her, that’s how Nina will see it, too.

How is Sonny going to help Carly get out of this mess without wrecking her relationships with both Drew and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)? He may resort to finding a way to alter the DNA test Carly had done so it looks like a lab error, but there are other options on the table, too.

General Hospital Spoilers — Yet Another Trauma Bond

This joining of forces between Sonny and Carly might just be the next trauma that bonds them and serves as the foundation for their eventual reunion we all know is coming. Nina is constantly paranoid that Sonny isn’t really in their relationship for the long haul, and his new secret he’s keeping from her just might make her feel more strongly about that as it sows distance between them.
