General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Corinthos Fears The Worst – Will Sonny Corinthos Return?

General Hospital spoilers tease that in Port Charles, NY Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will try to hide her concern, but she will be worried when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) hasn’t returned or called!

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan And Sonny Corinthos Followed Julian Jerome To Secaucus, New Jersey

General Hospital viewers will recall that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny followed Julian Jerome (William DeVry) to a bus terminal in Secaucus, New Jersey. Sonny had Brick (Stephen A. Smith) help in locating Julian. There, a shootout ensued between Jason and a goon that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) had sent after Julian. As a wounded Julian ran from the bus terminal, Sonny took off after him. Jason shot the goon but was delayed as a cop arrived and Jason called Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy). By the time Jason got out of the bus terminal, Sonny had killed Julian and was standing on a bridge under repair.

Just as Jason arrived, the bridge collapsed and Sonny and Julian disappeared into likely a river running under the bridge! Meanwhile, Carly starts to worry when neither Sonny nor Jason calls and Sonny doesn’t arrive home. Jason is likely searching for Sonny and will not return until he has exhausted all options to find him. The last thing Jason will want to do is call Carly with bad news before he knows for sure it is bad news! He will know that Julian didn’t make it – he was waiting at the bottom listening to someone say to bring a body “here”. Jason himself may or may not have called to report the accident, since in the General Hospital preview for Monday, December 21 he is shown hiding and listening in.

GH Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Tries To Keep Her Cool As She Calls Both Sonny Corinthos And Jason Morgan And Gets No Answer Or Callback

General Hospital viewers know that Carly will call Jason if she doesn’t get Sonny! She tries to keep her cool as the hours go on. She knows that it could take a few days to complete their mission, but by now it’s been much too long to assume everything is okay! Carly considers whether she herself should call Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to try and find Jason and Sonny.

Jason likely has already called Brick and possibly Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), but there really isn’t a lot that the Jackal could do short of hacking into traffic cameras and overhead drones to see if Sonny is spotted in any footage. Jason himself was obviously able to track Sonny as far as the bridge. Once he saw that the body was that of Julian’s, then he would be on the hunt for Sonny! The longer with no word or sighting of Sonny or Jason, however, the more worried Carly will become. Carly had just had a heart-to-heart conversation with her daughter Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about their “dangerous life” and a few days before that, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) broke up with Jason over it!

Carly may reconsider the safety of herself and her own children still at home, even though it didn’t help save Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) life in the end. Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall she sent him off to boarding school when he was little to keep him safe from mob business danger, and now she wonders if Sonny and Jason have met with trouble!
