General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be furious when she is served with a restraining order in an upcoming episode of General Hospital! It would seem that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) doesn’t want “Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) mother” in her grandson’s life!
General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Goes Way Out Of Bounds With Her Hatred For Nelle Benson
General Hospital viewers will recall that Carly kept what she knew about Nelle a secret from Nina for months. True, Nelle did some pretty terrible things to Carly – not the least of which was gaslighting her which led to a stint in Shadybrook Sanitarium! She did not act in the best interest of her son when she forbad Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to allow Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theodore Olson) to have a potentially life-saving operation to correct the congenital heart condition he inherited from Michael.
As a result, GH spoilers tease Bobbie Spencer, (Jacklyn Zeman) Monica Quartermaine, (Leslie Charleson) and others forged Nelle’s signature on the consent papers and then destroyed them, and Wiley had his operation as a result. Later, when Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) took over the hospital, he discovered these improprieties in the hospital records and fired Bobbie and Monica! But now, that Nina knows the truth that Carly tried so hard to hide, Carly sees Nina as a threat to Wiley because she sees her through the filter of Nelle!
Carly remembers the circumstances surrounding Avery Corinthos-Jerome’s (Ava and Grace Scarola) birth; Nina, unstable and off balance, gave Ava Jerome (Maura West) a shot to induce labor, then kidnapped baby Avery and ran off with her to Canada! Carly just had Avery taken out of her home by Ava and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) because she had no paternal rights with the presumed death of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Carly is determined not to let Nina kidnap Wiley like she did Avery, and that is how Carly is thinking these days!
GH Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Somehow Gets A Restraining Order Against Nina Reeves
According to General Hospital spoilers, Carly gets a restraining order against Nina so that she cannot try to visit Wiley and keep her from kidnapping! General Hospital viewers cannot imagine that Michael would go along with this, as he can see Nina is not the crazy woman that she was when she first came to town!
But Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) who in spite of signing off on her and Michael’s annulment, formally adopted Wiley or is in the process of it. The adoption papers were filed before they signed the annulment. Willow has no idea of Nina’s cray cray past, and Carly makes sure she is well aware of what happened. Willow and Nina never have gotten along very well, going back to when Willow was Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) teacher!

Carly can probably convince Willow to sign off on the restraining order against Nina fairly easily, since she can document everything and just bypass Michael altogether! Nina, having left her fraught past behind years ago and now a successful businesswoman, is livid when a process server shows up at her office and hands her a restraining order!
This means she will have to play hardball to even get visitation with Wiley, which probably will not happen since the kidnapping of Avery is noted in the paperwork as a reason for the restraining order! She will likely have to have Nelle’s body exhumed to get a DNA match to her, to even start to prove she is Wiley’s maternal grandmother, and then she will have to drag up Carly’s past and possibly Michael’s, and maybe even try to dig up dirt on Willow to fight fire with fire!
