General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint at Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) deciding to take care of Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) once and for all. Carly and Nelle have been playing a game of cat and mouse from the moment Carly found out about Nelle’s true intentions.
However, now Nelle has gone too far, and Carly made decide to strike back at Nelle.
General Hospital Spoilers – Nelle Benson Blames Carly Corinthos For Everything
When Nelle first came into town, Carly was excited to finally get to meet the person who gave up their kidney so that her daughter could live. However, unbeknownst to her, Nelle did not give up her kidney by her own free will and that she blames Carly for everything that happened to her as a child. Even after finding out that Carly had no idea that Nelle did not want to give up her kidney, she still continued to go after Carly and her family.
In particular, she decided to target Michael Corinthos and after becoming pregnant with his child, she decided to try and kill him. After a failed attempt to kill Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), she decided to switch babies with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen).

Now that the secret is out, Carly is convinced that Nelle did this not to spite Michael but instead to make a play at Carly. Carly is not the type to let someone target her family and in this case two of her family members have been hurt because of the actions of Nelle.
GH Spoilers – Carly Corinthos May Take Matters Into Her Own Hands
Carly has tried going the way of the justice system and it failed her family. So now, she may decide to take matters into her own hands. In the upcoming episode of General Hospital, Carly will discuss with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Nelle’s part in baby switch. She does look upset about the situation and may want to figure out a way to make Nelle pay for messing with her son and brother.
If Carly does decide to go after Nelle, it would be interesting to see how she goes after her. Sonny does have a lot of resources and if Carly asks, he might decide to help her since he thinks of Michael as his kid and Nelle has targeted him before as well. Not to mention that Nelle tried to leave town with Willey once his identity was made known.
