General Hospital spoilers hint Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is biding her time at the PCPD in a holding cell, and she’s about to receive company. It won’t take long for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to rush to her side. She’s been there for him in these same circumstances a million times before, and to be fair, her beau — Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) — is kind of tied up right now in Greenland.
Truth be told, there’s nowhere Sonny would rather be than helping Carly through a crisis; it’s always when she needs him the most. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) isn’t going to like this, but things will really start to heat up when Sonny finds himself in his own holding cell. Are these jailbirds on their way back to being lovebirds?
General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Spencer Is In Hot Water
Let’s put all of the cards on the table. Carly actually did commit insider trading. No one may have told her that was what she was doing at the time, but she did it. She knew about the ELQ merger with Aurora Media that was due to take place, and she leveraged her half of The Metro Court Hotel in stocks hoping to cash in on their union.
Unfortunately for Carly, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) sided with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) — and the merger that was supposed to be a done deal was quickly undone. Carly went belly up with her half of the business and lost everything. Since then, she and Drew have tried to keep their relationship under wraps after Ned threatened to turn them in — which Nina ended up doing for him.
GH Spoilers – Say Sonny Corintos Corinthos Is About to Join Her
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has been planning to take his father down for the last year, and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) has done a fabulous job at collecting information on Sonny in an attempt to carry out that task. The goal? Seeing Sonny behind bars and having his entire empire come crumbling down. Now, the time has come for the big takedown to take place, and it’s going to happen just hours after Carly was carted off from the wedding ceremony in handcuffs. When Sonny is booked and thrown in a cell across from her, it’s going to make for some interesting conversation.
General Hospital Spoilers — Sparks Fly!
Initially, there won’t be anything but arguments coming from these two as they tried to wade through what happened. Who reported Carly to the SEC? Ned is going to insist he didn’t do it, and they’ll all have a hard time believing otherwise because he’s not the type to cower and hide. As Sonny starts to put the pieces together of Michael’s behavior — and Dex’s — and Brick (Stephen A. Smith) brings more information into the picture, Carly and Sonny might begin to realize their son is behind this disaster.
That being said, Sonny will hang on to hope that Carly is wrong when she dreams up the idea that maybe Nina reported her and Drew — because whoever did left Michael out of it. This is just the beginning of Carly getting back under Sonny’s skin, and vice versa. Will this be the beginning of the reunion we all know if coming? Keep checking back with us for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
Sonny and Carly together in the same space will surely lead to some interesting conversations. Once comparing notes their suspicions more than likely will hit the target. Bad enough their young children being without a dad, but now a mom also – poor kids in the middle of something they had nothing to do with. But, more than likely Diane will step in and rid Carly of her charges, but Sonny’s situation will be a little different this time around. While both are behind bars, wonder if Nina will step in and try to care for the kids. Interesting story telling should be on the horizon if both Sonny/Carly are locked up at the same time.
Get Sonny and Carly back together
Nina needs to pay she thinks all her precious time with her grandkids is going to be so great ok let’s see you put there grandma in jail stole Avery what is worse and cheated with married man
Leave Carly in jail she has to pay the price for at least this wrong it is the government after all. Sonny is crazy if he goes back to her. Nina needs to be praised for turning her in if in fact she did.
