General Hospital spoilers tease Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is distraught, and for good reason. Her ex-husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), is about to marry her archenemy, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Hasn’t Nina done enough damage to the people Sonny loves for him to see through her at this point?
Apparently not. Fans are speculating that the happy couple’s wedding day isn’t really going to come to fruition. It may dovetail at just the right time with the SEC investigation in a way that allows Carly to be Nina’s undoing. The problem is, she’s going to revel in that a bit too much, leading Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to question what her real motivations are, and where her loyalty really lies.
General Hospital Spoilers — Diane Miller Isn’t Enough
The investigation into Carly and Drew is still ongoing with the SEC, and they’ll be in a courtroom soon fighting for their freedom all because of Nina. Mounting a defense against the charges won’t be easy, and with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) currently representing both Carly and Drew, it’s clear that one of them will need to find another attorney. It’s a major conflict of interest for her to carry both of their cases to court, and she has already warned them that they will likely need to roll over on each other to weasel out of this. Drew and Carly continue to explore their options, but it isn’t looking good for their relationship.
GH Spoilers – Reveal Marty Grey Rings The Alarm
Along the way, either Drew or Carly will need to lawyer up with someone else. There aren’t many options they trust in this mini metropolis, and we already know Kin Shriner (Scotty Baldwin) is leaving GH soon. (So sad). So it stands to reason that with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) still climbing the ranks as an editor since she lost her bar license, Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) will be the only attorney they trust to work with Diane and bring this case to its closure. It’s too bad he also has a conflict of interest and can’t take the case. No one but the SEC and Nina know that Marty was the pivotal player in unleashing this mess, and it’ll stay that way for a time because he’s protected by his ethical code and cannot divulge what the conflict of interest is. But that won’t stop Diane from digging in her heels and trying to figure it out.
General Hospital Spoilers — Drew Cain Can’t Shake This Feeling
As Diane unravels that mystery and puts together the pieces that point the finger at Marty being involved in the SEC report, she reasons that one of his clients must have been the one to tattle to the feds. It won’t be long before the truth comes out about Nina, and Carly is going to race to let Sonny know — enjoying every minute of it. Little does she know, Nina’s downfall will be her own at the same time. Drew won’t be able to stomach the way Carly delights in doing Nina in — and it won’t be about her getting revenge or sticking it to her for reporting them. It’s clear that for Carly, it will be entirely about making sure Sonny doesn’t marry someone else. Is this the end for Carly and Drew? What say you? Let us know and keep checking back for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
Carly just wants us throw up on tv screen at her. Pompous wezzle.
I am sooo happy to have Carly and Sonny back together…..now if we could just get rid of Nina
I can’t wait for it …. Carly and Sonny belong together.
I will be glad to see Carley and Sonny back together. Nina is the reason they aren’t . They were in love and Nina ruined it. She deserves what she gets out of this!
