General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Ruined The Takedown Operation

General Hospital viewers will recall that Drew, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), and Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) had a pretty much foolproof plot that would have gone towards a total takedown of Victor Cassadine, had Carly not ruined it! General Hospital viewers will remember that the plan was for Drew to fake being activated so he could see what Victor’s objective, or what he was trying to achieve or possess was. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had brought a box of Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) effects to the terrace of The Metro Court, where a fake tarot card was planted in the box. Victor was on hand when the two women struggled over it, it fell to the ground, spilling the contents. It was a setup all around for Victor to grab the tarot card which he thought was what he had tried to get from Peter to control Drew, and he’d fooled Victor, then Carly showed up filming the op and Victor knew he’d been fooled!

GH Spoilers – Victor Cassadine Had A Previous Conversation Where He Said Drew Cain May Have To Be Eliminated

General Hospital viewers will recall from a previous episode of General Hospital that Victor had talked to his henchman, Johann Bauer (Max Decker) when Johann questioned whether the tarot card Victor got from Peter’s box would work. He wanted to know what Victor would do if Drew failed to activate the tarot card, and Victor said if that happened, then he would have to find the information he wanted another way, and Drew would have to be eliminated! At least the operation wasn’t a total failure, although Drew looked very confused when Victor wanted information on Operation Demeter – but he did look like maybe he had heard of it. Victor knows that Drew lost most of his memories prior to showing up in Port Charles so it would be questionable if activating a response even if he had the right tarot card would give him the information he was looking for! But Carly’s showing up to save Drew from a dangerous situation quite likely has put him in more danger – Victor Cassadine is no low-life mobster!

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Does Not Understand Who She Was Dealing With Or What Danger She Has Put Drew Cain In

General Hospital viewers can tell that Carly does not understand who she was dealing with in respect to Victor or what danger she has likely put Drew in, with her thinking Victor would be afraid of the police! It’s obvious that Carly was trying to save Drew from whomever these “people” were, she told him she was trying to stop him from murdering Johann Bauer, not understanding it was part of an undercover operation. Just previous to her tracking Drew down, she had been talking to Britt about Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) death and that Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) was getting ready to formally declare him dead. General Hospital viewers will recall that Drew was not happy at Carly’s “intervention” – and he’ll be even less happy when he’s running from gunshots! And what’s almost worse is that it’s obvious that Carly is using him as a placeholder for his twin, even if she doesn’t realize it!
