General Hospital Spoilers: Carly’s Difficult Decision; Spill The Willow Birth Mom Tea?

General Hospital:Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will face a difficult decision once she hears about Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) dire diagnosis. Carly will find out that Willow will need a bone marrow transplant so finding a match will be crucial; she’ll debate over spilling the tea about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

General Hospital Spoilers  – Carly Corinthos May Not Have A Choice

As of right now, Willow’s bone marrow biopsy results haven’t come back so she will continue to keep tight lipped about her potentially dire diagnosis. She doesn’t want to worry Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) or anyone else unnecessarily, although her friend and doctor TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) has questioned that decision. But she may not be able to keep her secret from Michael for very long; he’s already suspecting something’s off.

Michael certainly wouldn’t want her to go through a frightening ordeal like this is shaping up to be alone. Nevertheless, she will keep it secret as long as possible – she is probably hoping for a good report from the biopsy.

GH Spoilers – Devastating Diagnosis

During the week of August 15 Willow’s bone marrow biopsy results will come back and a devastating diagnosis with it; Willow indeed does have leukemia. First, Willow will talk things over with TJ and try to make a plan to break the news to Michael in as positive a way as is possible. Of course, this kind of news is always bad, but even worse when the patient is pregnant; both she and the baby could be at risk. Willow, as a recently graduated nursing student knows that chemotherapy drugs or other treatments could harm her and Michael’s baby. TJ will continue encouraging her to let her partner share the burden and once Michael’s in the loop, they’ll go from there.

General Hospital Spoilers – On The Down Low For The Time Being

Michael and Willow may choose to keep her leukemia diagnosis on the down low for a while, so as not to upset Carly, and the rest of the family.  Of particular concern would be Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) who’s had enough trouble of her own recently, and little Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) who is excited about a baby sibling. But it’s only a matter of time before the secret gets out, either by choice on Michael and Willow’s part or perhaps not, since GH tends to be full of gossip.

Carly herself may notice something’s off and pry the truth out of Michael or Willow might break down and confide to her as well. Viewers know that Willow is overburdened by the fact she even broke down in a motherly Ava Cassadine’s (Maura West) arms in a recent episode.

GH Spoilers – The Carly Corinthos-Nina Reeves Feud Ramps Up

Also worth noting for viewers is that the feud between Carly and Nina is set to ramp up very soon; on August 17 the two actually get into a physical fight! This rapidly intensifying feud may play a part in Carly’s decision to spill the tea about the late Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) confession that Nina is Willow’s mother or not. But on the other hand, Carly knows that truth would upset Willow greatly, especially the part about the presumably late Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) having been her twin.

But were Willow and Michael do some investigating on their own and find out the truth before Carly spills that could cause a serious rift between mother and son. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be mad as well, because she promised him to be truthful about the results of the test that he helped her obtain the DNA for.
