General Hospital Spoilers: Carly’s Heartbreaking Decision, Have A Memorial Service For Sonny

General Hospital: Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright)

General Hospital rumors suggest that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will make the difficult decision to have a memorial service for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Apparently, a cemetery set has been prepared and is waiting to be revealed. Will Sonny be laid to rest by his father and Morgan Corinthos (ex-Bryan Craig)? Is Carly giving up on Sonny too soon?

General Hospital Spoilers – Closure Amid Seeds Of Doubt

General Hospital’s Carly doesn’t want to face the fact that Sonny (Maurice Benard) may not be coming home. However, Carly’s (Laura Wright) family needs closure. Sonny’s business needs a leader and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is the one who usually steps into that role. However, before Jason can take over, Sonny needs to be declared dead and a transfer of power has to take place. With Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) breathing down Jason’s neck and other families trying to move in on the territory, decisions must be made now. Carly feels the pull to continue to look for Sonny but she doesn’t want to give her family false hope. Against her better judgment, Carly will have to make legal decisions quickly whether she continues to look for Sonny or not.

GH Spoilers – Another Corinthos Memorial Service

General Hospital’s Mike Corbin (Max Gail) was recently laid to rest in the cemetery next to Morgan’s headstone. Now Sonny’s headstone will be added to the family plot as well. Unfortunately, there are now two headstones that don’t have a body with them and two missing Corinthos men. Morgan’s body was never found and now Sonny is presumed dead as well. The Corinthos family often has graveside services followed by a family gathering. Sonny’s life will be celebrated as well. Unbeknown to Sonny’s family, while they are celebrating his life, he is searching for his identity.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos’ Children Need This As Well

General Hospital’s Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is convinced that his father is dead. Ava Cassadine (Maura West) has already told Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) that her father isn’t coming back home. Carly wants to do what is right for the kids and will have a memorial service to benefit them as well. How will Sonny handle seeing his tombstone when he is reunited with his family? Will Sonny be upset that his family gave up on him so soon?

General Hospital’s writers have chosen to so through with this memorial which will be a tear-jerker for all Sonny fans. However, we will be waiting with bated breath for that tombstone to disappear and for Sonny to return home.

Legally isn't their a length of time before you can declare someone dead if there isn't a body for proof?

  6. Guest says

This is such B.S.! It takes 7 years to declare someone dead and you didn't normally have a memorial service until they're….you know…..declared dead!
