General Hospital spoilers reveals Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has been lying to everyone for months. Knowing Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother, and deciding not to tell anyone about it, much less either of them, is one of the biggest secrets she’s ever kept — and Carly has been known to tell some tales and bury some facts.

Confiding in Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) only briefly alleviated her concern, but ultimately, Carly never wanted anyone to know this truth. She wants Nina as far away from her family as possibly, even if it costs Willow her own. When pieces of her story start to unravel, Drew is going to have questions, and so will Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). How will Carly answer to her son?

Carly has barely dodged the truth coming out twice now. Drew keeps sticking his nose into places Carly thinks it doesn’t belong. As much as she adores him, she can’t even focus on their relationship right now while she’s making up phony leads for him and steering him off-course every opportunity she gets.

Drew is more committed than ever to finding Willow’s birth parents, despite Carly sending Denise Makenzie (Alice Rietveld) to lie to Drew. As he continues to piece together what he thinks are Denise’s lies, he’s going to find out they actually stem from somewhere much closer to home — Carly.

GH Spoilers – Tease Michael Corinthos Wasn’t Supposed To Find Out

Michael won’t find out from Drew. Although he’s going to believe Michael and Willow both have a right to know the truth, he is too involved with Carly now to throw her under the bus like that. He might encourage Carly to be honest with her son, but she will likely stress that Michael would never forgive her if he found out.

We aren’t sure how Michael ends up coming into this information, but it could happen if Denise decides to go rogue. It could also happen simply by him overhearing Drew and Carly having a heated discussion about it. When he does discover what his mother has been up to, and the lengths she went to in order to keep the truth from ever getting out as Willow laid dying, he may never forgive her.
