General Hospital Spoilers: Carly’s Unwanted Christmas Present From Jack Has A Bug In It?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) should have had more questions about Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) unwanted Christmas present!

Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) gave her a necklace that appeared to have a diamond on it-but is it really a bug to spy on her?

It Wouldn’t Be The First Time Carly Got A Bugged Necklace

Years ago, when Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was around eight or ten years old, Carly got a bugged necklace from Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) who didn’t trust her.

Valentin wasn’t real impressed with the unwanted Christmas present, but didn’t suspect it could be bugged either-but he’s been either on the run or in Steinmauer a while. If the necklace had a bug, he may not have realized it-at least she kept it in the box when she took it off!

However, if the necklace IS bugged then Valentin and Carly’s mission to take Brennan down is in serious jeopardy; he could be recording everything they say, even if he can’t see them! And that means big, big trouble that they’re not expecting at all.

If Carly’s Necklace Is Bugged, Valentin’s Takedown Is On The Way And Carly’s As Well

If Carly’s necklace is bugged and transmitting, then Valentin’s takedown is on the way and Carly’s as well! But Brennan is still focused on getting to Valentin through Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) so if there is a bug in the necklace, he hasn’t checked on the transmissions.

He went straight to Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) house and hassled her and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) after deleting the traffic cam footage for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

If Valentin thinks to check out the necklace more thoroughly, perhaps he can buy some time before the WSB storms Carly’s house!

But it’s not just himself he would have to consider-Carly will be in danger too, because Jack won’t like being betrayed.

Valentin May Have To Turn The Tables On Jack, Beating Him At His Own Game

If Valentin realizes the necklace is bugged, he may have to turn the tables on Jack, and beat him at his own game! Valentin told Carly the ability of the WSB to intercept videos and delete them remotely-he may have to do the same with the necklace transmissions.

However, it may be easier said than done-unless Carly can get either Brick (Stephen A. Smith) or possibly Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to help.

Valentin may or may not have access to the technology needed to intercept those transmissions before Jack listens to them. Either way, whatever is done will have to be done quickly!
