Cullum had originally intended to use Cassius as a scapegoat, and now Z is adopting that strategy as well, as it presents a more favorable image for the WSB. This situation underscores Z’s readiness to fabricate any story if it serves the bureau’s interests.

Z Might Be Lying About Cassius’ Death

This certainly appears to suggest that Cassius is still alive and could make a dramatic comeback in the future.
