Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) departed the canvas on the November 17 episode. The character ws killed in his home with the killer still unknown and at large. According to him his contract was not renewed.

General Hospital Spoilers – John J. York Exited

In September 2023 John J. York announced his exit to deal with serious health issues: “myelodysplastic syndrome, or MDS, and [smoldering multiple] myeloma, two blood and bone marrow disorders.”

He hopes to return to the show around springtime if all goes to plan.
