If he’s successful in doing so, this may equal out to very bad news for Ava Jerome (Maura West) and possibly Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth). After all, Ryan is obsessed with Ava and if he’s on the loose, his first trip during his freedom ride would be to Spoon Island to pay Ms. Jerome a visit.
