General Hospital Spoilers: Charles Mesure Teases What’s In Store For Jack Brennan’s Love Life

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that while Jack Brennan is a bonafide villain in the land of Port Charles, it’s hard for fans not to utterly adore the charming and handsome former WSB head and Pikeman criminal.

While he’s in prison right now, everyone knows that anything is possible in daytime drama, and the prisoner could easily get an early release in the days and weeks to come.

Actor Charles Mesure recently spoke with Soap Opera Digest (SOD) to talk all things Jack Brennan, and the character’s love life came up.

General Hospital Spoilers – Possible Romantic Options For Jack Brennan

While talking to SOD, Mesure offered some hints as to who Jack could end up with, should a romantic opportunity come knocking.

Sparks flew between him and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), as well as Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) during Pentonville visits, and fans have felt the chemistry between both the superspy and the former Ms. Corinthos.

During his chat with SOD, Mesure states, “As an actor, I hope I get to work with Laura and Finola for a long time…I have no idea what the writers have in mind, but as an actor, I love spending time with Laura and Finola, absolutely.”

GH Spoilers – Could A Love Triangle Be On The Horizon?

Assuming GH writers could figure out a way to release Brennan from his sentence early, it would be interesting to see who the soap would pair him up with.

After all, now that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has left town to escape any repercussions for his Pikeman actions, Anna is a single pringle.

Then again, Carly has also been single for a long time, too. When Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) rolled into town, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) quickly dropped her, and she’s been on her own, since.

Of course, there’s always a possibility that she could reunite with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), but the mob boss has his hands full with Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) and recently made amends with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

For now, it looks like CarSon fans may have to wait for any potential romantic reunion between these two. Could the soap opt for a love triangle between Carly, Anna, and Jack Brennan? Only time will tell!
