Charlotte’s Dad Just Got His Freedom And Doesn’t Have To Run, But He May Be In Danger

Charlotte’s dad just got his freedom and no longer has to be on the run, but he may be in danger-if not in danger from an enemy, implicated in a murder!

There’s a pretty good chance she encounters Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) body in the pool, after Ava Jerome (Maura West) spiked his drink with a sleeping pill. Whether he stumbles in and drowns or she dumps him already dead remains to be seen.

The rivalry between Jack and Valentin is well known, as well as Jack’s framing Valentin for various Pikeman crimes-many of which Jack was up to his ears in.

That’s how Jack suddenly became WSB Station Chief and released from Pentonville, while Valentin, who ran Pikeman for him, wound up a fugitive.

Could Valentin Be A Target Like Jack Was?

Of course, Danny and Charlotte not knowing what was going on behind the scenes resulting in Jack’s death, they could suspect someone was after WSB and former WSB agents.

Valentin was in WSB spy school with Jack and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) so the three of them go back many years-even before Anna met Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers)!

Charlotte also knows enough about the problems between Valentin and Jack to fear that her dad could be in the midst of a frameup for Jack’s murder-by someone!

Danny promises her that his dad, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will protect Valentin, knowing how he used to protect Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Charlotte Believes Jason Would Protect Valentin, Because He Protects Carly Spencer

Charlotte believes Jason would protect Valentin, because he protects Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Carly and Valentin are dating. Charlotte knows that her father can defend himself, but what if he is ambushed, like she and Danny assume Brennan was?

In the midst of all this, Valentin and Carly are also trying to come up with theories as to what might have happened-with Carly revealing what she overheard in the Metro Court Gardens.

To them, and many others who overheard Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) loud argument with Brennan as well as her threat, it’s a slam dunk. It had to be Nina who killed her ex-lover!
