General Hospital spoilers suggest that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will get the wrong idea about something. At the same time, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will be catching up with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Will Chase overhear their conversation and think that Willow is pregnant instead of Sasha?

General Hospital’s Chase has had many issues with his memory since being poisoned by Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Chase believes that he and Willow are married, something he dreamed of while in this state. However, Chase cannot distinguish between reality and his dreams. Chase believes that he and Willow got married and are planning a future together. Chase has no idea that Willow is in love with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and wants to be with him and their son. Chase also has no idea if he is going to survive his mystery illness. Chase doesn’t know that he’s being poisoned by Peter to control Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

GH Spoilers – Sasha Gilmore Is Pregnant

Days of Our Lives Sasha is pregnant from a one-night-stand with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor). Sasha will catch up with Willow and possibly tell her about the baby. Willow only told Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) about the baby. Unfortunately, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) overheard Sasha on the phone with her doctor. Willow is the closest friend that Sasha has. Sasha will probably pick up her prescription at the hospital and Willow could accidentally see the bottle of nausea medication stating that it is for morning sickness. Sasha could also let it slip that she is pregnant as well. However, it seems that Chase may hear about the baby and assume that Willow is the one that is pregnant. How will Willow tell Chase that he’s wrong?

General Hospital Spoilers – Could Willow Tait Lie To Harrison Chase?

General Hospital’s Chase could be so excited about this baby that Willow can’t bear to tell him the truth. Chase could also have another seizure making Willow afraid, to be honest with him. After all, when Willow told Chase they weren’t married he took a turn for the worse. Could Willow be stuck in a lie because of this misunderstanding? Could Willow get drawn into this further by realizing she is pregnant with Michael’s child?

Willow may be pregnant and not even know it, after all, she and Michael recently had sex. Perhaps the plot will thicken as Willow tries to play the martyr and let Chase believe they have a future together. Could Michael’s child end up being passed off as Chase’s? Will Chase ever learn the truth?
