General Hospital Spoilers: Chase Grows Closer To Brook Lynn, Love Blooms – Willow Heartbroken!

General Hospital: Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) ABC General Hospital spoilers tease that Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will turn to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (temporarily played by Briana Lane). Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will have a hard time with her feelings when she finds out, and she’ll be heartbroken!

Viewers will recall that Chase and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) pretended to have an affair to push Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) together. Both made the sacrifice to keep Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) from obtaining custody of Wiley Corinthos (Eric and Theodore Olson). Willow loved the little boy like her own – and for a while believed he was, till the truth came out. Her baby had died and been switched with Michael and Nelle’s son for over a year before Wiley Cooper-Jones’ true identity was revealed.

This was devastating to Willow. Chase and Sasha both have regretted their plan since, but Sasha recently convinced Chase not to come clean. She didn’t think Willow and Michael would ever forgive them, but at that time Chase wasn’t ready to move on. Then Brook Lynn, after being stabbed within an inch of her life, needed a place to stay when the hospital released her.

Since Nelle or “Janelle” as Chase had known her in Florida was the culprit he felt an obligation to Brook Lynn. Even though Nelle had been brought to justice and did some prison time, she was out on early release due to prison overcrowding. Chase may feel he should have kept a better eye on her so this would not have happened.

GH Spoilers – Willow Tait And Michael Corinthos Are Getting Closer, But She Still Has Feelings For Hamilton Chase

It is obvious that even though Willow and Michael are getting closer, she still has some unresolved feelings for Chase. In a recent episode, Willow and Michael had a picnic in the park and had also kissed, and were discussing that she loved the idea of adopting Wiley. But then they talked about not regretting having kissed, just in time for Chase to walk by and overhear.

At that point, a dejected Chase walked away – he may not have heard the part about Michael respecting that Willow still loved him! But one can see it in her eyes every time she sees him! Chase, having not known Willow still has feelings for him, maybe ripe for the rebound! Chase, checking in on Brook Lynn at General Hospital, decides to offer her his couch, at least temporarily.

The two didn’t exactly have the best start. Somehow Chase was dispatched to the scene every time Brook Lynn got herself into a ruckus. He also found himself in the way of her temper at least twice, although once she nearly knocked him out by accident, having aimed for someone else! Brook Lynn no longer has a living, since she can no longer sing. She will need a more permanent place to stay, and Chase will likely oblige. How many couples in soapland have you seen start out seeming to hate each other till they fall in love?

It seems that friction creates sparks! Willow will realize how much she still loves Chase and be heartbroken when she finds out he’s moved on. However, the most heartbreaking way for her to find out is to go over to his apartment and find BLQ on his couch! That’s where she found Sasha and Chase play-making out not so long ago!
