General Hospital Spoilers: Coby Ryan McLaughlin Teases Playing Shiloh Archer - Who Will Kill Cult LeaderEven though half of Port Charles wants to get rid of him and even many fans voicing their concern over him, Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) isn’t going anywhere, anytime soon.

As a matter of fact, actor Coby Ryan McLaughlin admits that he is having a great time playing Port Charles’ number one villain despite so many people hating his character. With so many people convinced that Shiloh is a dangerous man, that can only mean that he’s doing a great job in front of the cameras, right? Here’s what Coby has to say.

According to ABC Soaps in Depth, Coby says that this has not only been a once in a lifetime opportunity to play such a villainous character on daytime television, but also a very rewarding experience as well.

That’s because he’s never gotten such a strong reaction from fans for any of his previous roles. But then again that doesn’t surprise us at all. We all know just how passionate soap fans can be about the characters they love and the characters that they hate, right?

During an Instagram Live chat with his fans, Coby said, “I am going to stay as long as they are going to have me. I’m having a blast. And I’m really surprised at the reaction this has gotten. I’ve never had a reaction to anything I’ve done as an actor like I’ve done with this.”

Who Will Kill Shiloh On General Hospital?

With that said, the handsome actor does admit that he would like to see someone in Port Charles get rid of Shiloh, but in the most gruesome way possible, of course. Coby added, “I want one of the girls to kill me. That would be dope. I hope it’s not one of those guys! I want it to be like, [gasp!] ‘I cannot believe so and so did it.”

But with that said, Coby adds that his character’s sexual predatory behavior does “skeeve” him out. Actually make that Coby and all of the General Hospital viewers who have been tuning in to see Shiloh in action. Needless to say, fans will certainly have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
