Speaking to Soaps in Depth in an interview, actress Constance Towers even knows that when it comes to the world of soaps, “never say never.” In other words, anything is possible at any time. She told the publication in a new interview, “You never know. People stop me wherever I go to say, ‘You can’t be dead! Are you dead? I have to tell them, ‘I don’t know! It’s up to Frank Valentini and the writers.’ But oh, I hope she is not dead.”

The actress added, “Helena’s so much fun to play. She’s really over the top and bigger than life – and does horrendous things. But they also allowed the character to be human because they gave her a sense of humor and some vulnerability. And I think she’s too smart to have been poisoned. She has always had the solution to everything.”

With that said, we have a feeling that fans will simply have to keep tuning in to find out what will happen next. Now, if there’s one thing that we already know, it’s that all of the action in Port Charles has been keeping viewers at the edge of their seats.
