General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that fans should always expect the unexpected in Port Charles! Right now, there’s a major question mark around who shot Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth). When he entered his home, he seemingly knew his shooter, which has sparked speculation that the killer is anyone from Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), or even Ava Jerome (Maura West).

But viewers know all too well that when it comes to soapy “who dunnit” storylines, the person everyone least suspects is usually the killer. So, could Pikeman be behind Austin’s murder?

Still, with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) realizing that she may have more than just Charlotte stalking her, there’s a good chance that Pikeman will take center stage once again, and the person behind the infamous organization will surface.

GH spoilers imply that in the days ahead, information will emerge proving Austin’s shooting is more than meets the eye.

Added teasers also imply in the weeks ahead, a familiar face from the past will return to the little town, with ties to a number of residents.

These spoilers seemingly have “Pikeman” written all over them. Whoever ends up being the company’s head could be a past character.

They could also be behind Austin’s murder, and as Mr. Gaitlin-Holt also has had past ties to criminal activity, thanks to Cryus, there’s a good chance he knew the person behind Pikeman. Only time will tell.
