Will Cullum continue on his gaslighting way, dispensing fake reports of Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) death?

There’s No Doubt That Cullum And Sidwell Control The French Clinic

Even though Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) was the one who recommended the French clinic for Anna, he likely doesn’t know it’s controlled by Cullum and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

And that is exactly the reason why Anna’s loved ones are not allowed to visit, nor any of her close friends. They want to keep Anna controlled and gaslighted-after all, a crazy Anna is an ineffective Anna!

Even gaslighted and brainwashed, Anna has tried to escape many times-in spite of what Congressman Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) thinks she got done, Anna will not just be released.

The deal she  made only allows Anna’s release if she’s sane, and the clinic will never let that happen-and Cullum realizes rescue efforts will be made and he can’t allow it.

Cullum And Sidwell, But Especially Cullum, Want To Prevent Any Rescue Attempts

Cullum and Sidwell, but especially Cullum, want to prevent any rescue attempts of Anna, and to fake her death, and adding that to the WSB records is the best way.

Cullum knows enough about Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) “muse” that he can come up with a very believable death story, even faking a death certificate.

Cullum knows that Anna requires regular phlebotomy for her beta thalassemia, which is a type of blood disease where one doesn’t produce enough hemoglobin, i.e., red blood cells.

That can mean, in serious cases, into a fatal type of anemia; patients with thalassemia major require regular red blood cell transfusions-often every few weeks-to survive.

It would be easy to concoct a believable story where Anna broke out of the clinic, disappeared for a few weeks, and then was found dead.

Valentin Cassadine And Anna’s Family And Friends Will Have Cullum’s Head On A Platter!

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) still loves Anna even though he’s falling for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and after Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) told him about Cullum’s gaslighting, he was ready to kill him!

He knew that Cullum going as far as impersonating Faison had broken her, as he put it. Even though Valentin can’t reveal himself publicly, since he is still a fugitive wanted by the WSB, he can still go to France and verify the reports, using an alias and disguise if necessary.

Carly will no doubt hear the horrible news about Anna through the Port Charles grapevine, and Valentin will be devastated-but at the same time, doubtful.

He will have to find out if she’s really dead or she’s not, especially if the clinic claims they cremated her, without contacting her family!
