General Hospital Spoilers: Cullum’s Revenge – Marco’s Betrayal A Death Sentence?

General Hospital spoilers and updates indicate that WSB double agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) might take out Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) during the week of March 16-20.

As Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) son is caught betraying-Cullum sneaks up behind him as he’s gotten into his father’s safe!

Marco Tries To Keep His Promise To Lucas, To Get Britt Westbourne’s Huntington’s Meds

This week, Marco will keep trying to get Dr. Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) medication. As Britt and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) plan to leave Port Charles, the only thing holding them back is Britt’s need for her Huntington’s disease meds to manage her symptoms.

In fact, this is the sole reason she is collaborating with Cullum and Sidwell on her father, Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.

Marco has promised to assist Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) in the effort to #FreeBritt, as Lucas aims to replicate the medication to free her from Sidwell and Cullum’s control.

However, it seems that every time Marco tries to access the safe for Britt’s medication, he is interrupted.

Marco’s Caught Red Handed

During the week of March 16-20, he will not only be caught in the safe while looking for Britt’s medication vials, but he will also be confronted by Cullum.

Many people have mentioned how dangerous Cullum is, and if he resembles Sidwell in any way, Marco should be concerned.

After all, all signs indicate that Cullum was responsible for the firebombing of Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) penthouse, which left Michael in a life-threatening situation.

If Sidwell is aware of Marco’s scheme, he might treat his son a bit more kindly (even though Sidwell is also a threat who does not tolerate betrayal). However, if Cullum catches Marco in the act, it could spell the end for Marco as fans know him.

Fans Have A Feeling Marco’s Days Are Numbered

It’s intriguing because many fans sense that Marco might be leaving soon. In the fall of 2025, General Hospital unveiled new cast portraits, and among the newcomers (or returning characters), three were notably absent: PCU Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard), S. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee), and Marco.

Dalton was shot by Sidwell in November 2025, leaving the show, while Vaughn officially departed in January 2026. So, could Marco’s time be running out-all indications are that Marco’s days are indeed numbered.

 Cullum is not foolish, and he might be able to see Lucas and Marco’s plan from a distance.

Sidwell Knows That Lucas Knows More Secrets Than he Should

Ultimately, Sidwell is aware that Lucas possesses knowledge about the cold fusion project that exceeds what he ought to know, all thanks to Pascal (Marc Forget).

Sidwell threatened Pascal as well, if he didn’t do as ordered, although the threat was implied.

Who’s to determine if someone might not have included Cullum in the conversation, even if it wasn’t shown on screen?

General Hospital spoilers hint that if Cullum suspects Marco of orchestrating something underhanded, he will take decisive action to resolve the issue, even if it requires causing harm to Sidwell or taking out his son!
