GH spoilers remind fans that Carmina posted an interesting tweet on X (formerly known as Twitter) on Friday, September 27, alerting GH viewers that Kelly had filmed her last show on the soap. Viewers can feel the end is nearing for both Monaco and Sam.
More recently, Monaco retweeted an interesting storyline exit for Sam that involves Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
According to the repost, which was originally uploaded by X user ‘MammaBear’, Cyrus is set to place a fatal dose of digitalis in Sam’s IV bag while she’s at the hospital, after she saves Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) by becoming her liver donor. Does Carmina know how Sam is exiting and is she leaking it to GH fans? It’s hard to tell.

GH Spoilers – The Speculation Has Been Running Wild
Since Kelly’s exit has been announced, fan speculation has been running wild about how Sam would meet her demise.
Cyrus recently made a promise to comatose Lulu that he would make things right. While he didn’t take the blame for her current state, he shoved that off on Julian Jerome (William deVry), killing Sam in this fashion would make sense, considering how mentally unstable he is.
His logic may be that with Sam out of the way, this opens the door for a newly awakened Lulu to reunite with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). The very fact that Sam risked her life, and ended up losing it, to save Dante’s ex will be the Greek tragedy exit storyline GH loves to tell from time-to-time.

It’s important to note that nothing has been confirmed around Sam’s exit, so fans will have to wait and see if the arc plays out the way X user ‘MommaBear’ has predicted.

I considered the possibility of complications during the operation. But when I learned Finn had been released and I knew he wasn’t returning to the show I wondered if she might save Lulu only to have a car accident with Finn that kills them both.

I think she will slip into a coma when she donates part of her liver to Lulu which will allow the character to return in the future if Kelly decides to. No one ever dies on the show but this way she can leave with a chance to come back if she will. I know her fans wan̈t her to sray
