General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus’ Last Resort- A Shocking Hostage Crisis Rocks Port Charles!

The walls are closing in around Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). News is spreading fast across Port Charles that Cyrus is responsible for the deaths of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), and that he is linked to several other mysterious deaths. Cyrus also knows that someone has been in his room, and that suspicions have been aroused.

When the vultures start circling, Cyrus will have to resort to an act of desperation in order to ensure that he gets away with his crimes and not return to jail. Cyrus will have to go after some of Port Charles’s favorites in an effort to escape prosecution!

Cyrus Renault Ignites A Hostage Crisis At A Major PC Event

A big event in Port Charles could be the setting for Cyrus taking matters into his own heads and going after the people that wronged him or that he believed turned against him, including Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), and many others.

A charity ball or another major event at the Metro Court or another popular Port Charles venue would be the perfect place to strike as many citizens of Port Charles would definitely be attending.

Cyrus could burst in, gun in hand, and take everyone hostage when he feels that he is cornered and that the last resort is holding someone, maybe Elizabeth or Josslyn at gunpoint. He could have the building wired, and threaten to set off an explosion that would kill everyone!

The PCPD Strikes A Deal With Cyrus

With lives in danger, police commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and the PCPD would have to strike a deal with Cyrus in order for him to free the hostages.

Cyrus wouldn’t comply at first, but Anna wouldn’t give up and try to reason with Cyrus. Cyrus would want a quick getaway so he can leave the country, and not face the charges against him.

With so many lives at stake, Anna and the PCPD would be forced to comply with Cyrus’s wishes. Will they be able to save the hostages, and get Cyrus to surrender? Will Cyrus escape, and become a fugitive from justice?

Jason Morgan Comes To The Rescue

With so many lives on the line, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), whether he is in attendance or not, might just save the day.

He could easily learn from Anna what is going on, and get involved. Jason is quick on his feet to say the least, and could easily outsmart Cyrus, and undermine his power before anyone is harmed.
