General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus Puts Britt In Danger, Mobster Has A New Deadly Enemy – Liesl Obrecht?

General Hospital spoilers tease that in Port Charles, NY Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) may have a new enemy – Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati)! This will be revealed on a future episode of General Hospital!

General Hospital Spoilers – Liesl Obrecht Wanted To Know More About Cyrus Renault

General Hospital viewers will recall that Liesl (Kathleen Gati)! wanted to know more about Cyrus. She was asking questions of her daughter Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) in a recent episode. Britt suggested that she should let her handle him! However, Liesl could easily encounter Cyrus almost anywhere in General Hospital considering he is constantly checking up on everyone. He thinks he’s all that but Cyrus hasn’t tangled with Liesl yet! This is the woman who singlehandedly knocked out Peter August, (Wes Ramsey) a man much larger than her, dragged him to a cabin deep in the woods and tied him to a bed and tortured him for several weeks until he was rescued! Cyrus (Jeff Kober) definitely wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of Liesl Obrecht.

Britt is happy to have her job as Chief of Staff, but there is a lot that Cyrus is responsible for behind the scenes that she doesn’t like at all! That is why she agreed to work with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as a spy, reporting to him anything suspicious she sees. She already told him about the new pain medication he wants to push through the hospital pharmacy, and she is suspicious it may not be just a standard pain medication – it’s probably something that is super addictive and super dangerous as well. General Hospital viewers will recall that it was a ramped up version of cocaine that nearly killed Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Britt has no doubt this new pain med could have just as deadly effects!

GH Spoilers – Could A Mother-Daughter Tag Team Take Cyrus Renault Down?

Liesl has her own agenda to kill both Peter and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) by using Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) brainwashing or she might bring Britta closer into her life. But for now, even though the mother and daughter had a nice reunion and Britt knows Liesl’s on the legit about being released from Steinmauer, Liesl cannot bring her too close. She doesn’t want to be exposed when Dante completes – or, as it may be, attempts to complete – the mission! Therefore, a mother-daughter tag team taking Cyrus down is not likely. However, there are some ways that Cyrus could get himself on the wrong side of Liesl.

One would be to put Britt in danger and Liesl finding out about it! Mutterbär (Mama Bear) wouldn’t like Cyrus endangering or threatening her Britta! Britt can likely take care of herself because she knows how to be discreet in what she does, but Cyrus has so many moles in so many places it may be difficult to do anything in private! So far she’s been lucky in her clandestine meetings with Jason, although the latest one took place when Cyrus was out of town in Vermont. As dangerous as Cyrus can be, he usually has his minions do the dirty work; Liesl does her own dirty work in most cases. And, that is one thing that Cyrus would not be banking on! Liesl may be the most dangerous enemy Cyrus has!
