General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus Renault Involved With Gladys?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that there is much more to Cyrus Renault’s (jeff Kober) story than we know so far. For example, Cyrus told Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) that he had personal reasons for wanting to be so close to Port Charles. Could it be that he is involved with Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs)?

Gladys seems to have an issue with telling the truth. She told Sonny that her son Brando Corbin (Johnny Waycross) was dead, but since Brando arrived in Port Charles alive and well, obviously Gladys has no issues telling the truth. Gladys took a payoff from Sonny to say that Dev Corbin (Ashton Arbab) was Brando’s son and she never once mentioned it.

GH Spoilers – Ingratiated herself in Sonny Corinthos’s life

Gladys ingratiated herself into Sonny’s life after that by visiting his father, Mike Corbin (Max Gail), who is suffering from Alzheimer’s and staying at Turning Woods. Gladys ended up staying with the Corinthos clan for the holidays and seemed to take a particular interest in Sonny’s business. The day of the shooting targeting Sonny’s and his business, Gladys insisted on visiting the Coffee Warehouse.

And right before the shootings started, Gladys wandered close to Sonny’s office and ducked for cover as at exactly the right time to avoid getting hurt while still maintaining an air of innocence. Gladys comes off as a nosy but harmless older woman, but she seems to be much more than that.

General Hospital Spoilers – Getting Sonny Corinthos out of town

The reason Sonny was out of town was to possibly get Mike involved in a research study in New York City. Interestingly, it was Gladys who suggested the study to Sonny in the first place and it just happened to get Sonny out of town the day of all the shootings. Is Gladys’ working with Cyrus to help take Sonny down? Could she even be the personal reason that Cyrus has for coming to Port Charles? Could they be romantically involved?

Will it be revealed that Gladys is working with Cyrus, Has she been actively providing Cyrus information to help him plan his attacks on Sonny? Could they even be romantically involved?
