General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that the Monday, December 9 episode offered an explosive revelation. Fans had thought Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was the reason behind Sam McCall’s demise on Halloween, but it was finally confirmed on Monday.
Via a flashback, which brought Kelly Monaco back on screen, it was revealed Cyrus was the culprit to inject digitalis into her IV bag, triggering a heart attack and causing her passing.
Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) had an odd encounter with Cyrus during the December 9th show, and tragedy struck while he was on duty, during the Tuesday, December 10 episode, which landed him in the hospital.
General Hospital Spoilers – Getting Stabbed In The Back, Literally
Is GH setting up a soapy serial killer storyline that involves Cyrus? Will Dex be the next one to die from a digitalis OD?
GH spoilers remind fans that Dex got stabbed in the back by someone unknown during the Tuesday, December 10 episode. It could’ve been Cyrus; however, it could’ve been someone else, too. It is hard to say at this point.
The incident landed Dex in the hospital, and Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) was very optimistic about Dex’s full recovery, which is interesting because as the same doctor in charge of Sam’s liver donation surgery, he was very optimistic (at the time) that his half-sister would make a full recovery post-op. Is the show foreshadowing Dex’s demise?
GH Spoilers – Josslyn Jack’s Life-Changing News
Meanwhile, GH spoilers for Friday, December 13 indicate Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Dex’s girlfriend, will get some life-changing news.
If Dex is scheduled to make a full recovery and just needs simple surgery, why would Joss get life-changing news?
Then again, it could just be a spoiler related to a different storyline, but it’s hard for fans to shake the idea that Cyrus could strike again with his digitalis, and inject some into Dex’s IV bag, post-surgery.
The cop is in great shape, so dying of a heart attack, much like Sam did, would not only be shocking, but it would also send red flags everywhere.
But why would Cyrus do this? What was his motive to kill Sam? Fans will have to tune into the soap to find out!
