GH spoilers suggest that Cyrus wouldn’t dare approach Sonny with this, as he likely would not listen. He also knows what a firecracker Ms. Spencer is, and how, by telling her, she can do the chaos dirty work for him.
Plus, he’ll take a little gratification in knowing how hurt she’ll be that not only did her nemesis get the better of her, but her son also kept Nina safeguarded against any repercussions.
Cyrus has been trying to make amends with Ms. Spencer, but Carly hasn’t given an inch. This SEC spill won’t only be Cyrus’s retribution against Sonny, but his ex-wife, too.

Now that Cyrus knows about Nina and Michael’s SEC alliance, he won’t sit on it. He’ll make a move right away, which means this could not only affect Michael and Nina’s “happy holiday” season but Carly and Sonny’s, as well as Willow Corinthos’s (Katelyn MacMullen).
While Sonny’s anger will be more geared toward Nina, Carly and Willow will be outraged at the fact that Michael covered up for Nina, for their own reasons.

Carly will feel betrayed considering everything she went through, along with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison); however, as Willow is Michael’s wife, she’ll be disgusted that he didn’t bring her into the loop, especially with Nina being her mom.
His need to control the situation will have Willow second-guessing their relationship, especially in light of the fact that the two have never had secrets between them before.
