General Hospital Spoilers: Damian Brings Sonny In On The Peter Loop – DESPERATE To Stop Maxie’s Wedding

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that in Port Charles, New York Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will bring Sonny Corinthos ( Maurice Benard) in on the Peter August (Wes Ramsey) loop and ask for his advice!

Viewers will recall that Spinelli recently talked to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) about the information he learned from Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) from Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin).

This information answered a lot of questions that Jason and Sam had about Peter’s involvement in the disappearance of Drew Cain (Billy Miller), the murder attempts on Dr. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) and Spinelli also explained how Peter had framed Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to take the fall for him. Spinelli would do just about anything to keep his former obsession, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) from marrying Peter, even though she is pregnant with his child.

He had also had some conversations with Robert Scorpio, (Tristan Rogers) who is also very suspicious of Peter, and even more concerned that he has snowed his ex-wife Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). He has had many testy conversations with Anna over Peter! Scorpio and Spinelli came up with a plot to take down Peter without Maxie knowing what they were doing, part of which involved the normally honest Spinelli pretending to support Maxie in her engagement and marriage plans to preserve their friendship. It was difficult, but he pulled it off!

Damian Spinelli Takes His Concerns To Sonny Corinthos

Spinelli decides to take his concerns to Sonny also and to ask his advice about trying to stop Peter before he and Maxie can go through with the wedding. There is not a lot of time to complete the plan, and Spinelli is desperate. He may even be tempted to have someone put a hit out on Peter, but that would have to come from Sonny! Spinelli can’t tell Jason to put a hit out on anyone, but Sonny will probably tell him to calm down a minute and slow down!

Sonny has enough to deal with the way it is with Jason, himself, Brando Corbin, (Johnny Wactor), and Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) working to take down Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober)! However, Sonny does also take concern, considering that his ex-daughter-in-law Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) is working for Peter.

Sonny also has no doubt heard plenty from Jason and Sam about Peter’s involvement in Drew’s disappearance – after all, when he first came to town he was thought to be Jason, and he and Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) formed a bond with him that stuck even after Jason returned.

With Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) back in town, there is an extra set of eyes to keep on Peter – and little do Spinelli, Sonny, or anyone else know, he already is! Spinelli already knows Dante is back, just not why, any more than anyone else in town does other than he was released!
