Nathan and Lulu are already dealing with drama related to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), who clearly has a big problem with them being together.
However, that may just be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the issues that are in store. Although Lulu thinks she can trust Nathan, how well does she really know the version of him that came back from the grave?
There must be a reason why GH writers keep dropping hints about Nathan not being the same man he used to be. It feels like the show wants fans to be suspicious of Nathan and ponder the things that don’t add up.
The harder Lulu falls for Nathan, the more danger she could be in. That’s particularly true if Nathan turns out to be connected to Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
After all, Sidwell mentioned that he had informants feeding him news about Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) guilt at the PCPD. Nathan may be one of the cops supplying Sidwell with info whenever he demands it.
Whether we’re dealing with an imposter, brainwashing, memory-mapping or some other explanation, this Nathan may not be the same guy Lulu knew before his seven years off canvas.

After the way Nathan blew his top at Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) not too long ago, maybe viewers should be concerned about whatever raging side he’s buried.
That side of Nathan could emerge on a worse level and leave Lulu in jeopardy depending on how things play out.
Of course, Nathan’s potential link to Sidwell and Cullum could pose a threat to Lulu, too. If Lulu uncovers more than she’s supposed to about Nathan and the secret project that he’s possibly tied to, then she could be in serious trouble.
Lulu could end up with a target on her back, so who will play rescuer if the situation heads south?
Since Dante’s been reflecting on his past with Lulu and how he knew she was the one when he first saw her at the jukebox, he may be the hero she needs somewhere down the line.

Dante confessed to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) that he always thought he’d be endgame with Lulu, so maybe Lulu and Dante’s reunion is still part of the show’s plan.
Once some Nathan twists and turns blow up his relationship with Lulu, Dante may be the one to intervene and save his former flame.
